Some Yepzon One and Freedom trackers have faced connection outages in the UK. We are intensively investigating the root cause of the issues and the status will be updated on this page. We apologize the inconvenience and ask customers for patience.
If your device is suffering from connection outages, please contact Yepzon Support. Yepzon will assign free subscription to affected devices, to cover the days when devices have not been in use.
