”No connection” problems

On Thursday 8 August Yepzon Cloud faced a failure occurrence leading to temporary blackout of some services. Later in the evening the services were restored by means of a temporary solution. Even though all the services are up and running, some customers may, due to the mentioned temporary solution, face short outages, extra delays and unexpected error messages, like ”No connection to Yepzon Sky”. Error messages can be ignored and usage of the Yepzon App and Yepzon trackers can be continued normally. We apologize the inconvenience. We will update the status on this page.
