We are experiencing disturbances in our network services which affect to the use of the devices. The application may issue an error saying, “No connection to the service”. Troubleshooting is ongoing and engineering teams are working to solve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Issues have been resolved and the services will resume normal operations.
