DISCONTINUITY IN DATA CONSUMPTION

Data tank – the data consumption status of a Yepzon – is normally updated daily in the Yepzon App. Due to an unexpected technical problem, on some customers the status has not been updated for a couple of weeks now. The issue will be fixed during this week. Because of data consumption of longer time updated at once, your Yepzon may suddenly run out of data. If the Data tank is empty, Yepzon will be powered off until more data is purchased and Yepzon is plugged into a charger for a moment. We apologize the discontinuity.
