Yepzons’ data consumption status – Data tank – is normally updated daily in the Yepzon App. Due to an unexpected technical problem the status has not been updated for a couple of days now on some customers, and also monthly subscriptions are facing issues. Troubleshooting actions have been started and we are updating this page for information about the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience and will try to get the system up and running as soon as possible.

As the data consumption of longer time will be updated at once, your Yepzon may suddenly run out of data. If the Data tank is empty, Yepzon will be powered off until more data is purchased.
